Circle of Courage

Each student has a 'Circle of Courage' where they work on meeting individual goals. Each circle is broken into quadrants of the belonging, mastery, independence, and generosity stages. These quadrants have lines with dots on them that indicate what stage the students are at. In each stage, the number of dots increases on the line. The students move across the dots based on their behavior and meeting expectations. If a student is ON+, they move across 2 dots; if they are ON, they move across 1 dot; and if they are on HOLD; they remain on the current dot. At each stage, students earn more responsibilities and privileges.
